Every seven years, your body renews itself completely.
Every cell, every atom is Replaced.
It’s easy to hear that and treat it as a nice fact, something interesting but distant from you in a disassociated way.
But when you sit with it for a moment and really contemplate it, something shifts.
It opens up the notion that you’re not fixed, you’re fluid.
Change isn’t something that happens to you, It’s built into you.
I’m in my eighth cycle now, I’m 56.
That means I’ve lived through eight full 7 year phases of physical transformation.
And alongside that, eight phases of identity shifts, mental rewiring, emotional growth and realignment with what matters.
The big shift for me wasn’t that I was changing.
It was realising I could do it consciously
That’s what I now call “R-evolution”.
Recoded evolution.
The choice to evolve with awareness, to live from alignment rather than from survival.
It’s about the intentional ways of expanding your capacity to respond wisely, to move with your life rather than react against it.
That’s the essence of Recoded Resilience 3.0.
It’s a system that supports sustainable, congruent growth.
Not just growth in what you achieve, but in who you become.
It’s built on our five intelligences.
Each one offers a different way of tuning into yourself, each one a gateway to conscious change.
Somatic Intelligence is your relationship with the body.
Your energy, your rest, your movement, your physical rhythms.
Most of us have been taught to ignore the body unless it breaks. The creates over identification with the “pain body”( in the words of Eckart Tolle
But your body is always communicating.
The way you wake up in the morning, the way you feel after certain conversations, the way you carry tension without noticing… it’s all information.
Tuning into that helps you understand what you’re truly available for, and where you’re overextending yourself out of habit.
Emotional Intelligence is often misunderstood.
It’s not about controlling emotions or being emotionally neutral.
It’s about knowing how to recognise what you’re feeling, why it’s showing up, and what it’s asking you to look at.
Your emotions are a map.
They point to what matters.
They show you your unmet needs, your deeper values, and where something is misaligned.
When you stop managing emotions and start relating to them, you build range and resilience.
You stop reacting and start responding with clarity.
Cognitive Intelligence is your thinking and logical mind.
It’s your ability to analyse, question, reflect and discern.
But without the other intelligences, it can dominate the system. In fact we’ve been conditioned to allow it to dominate through patriarchal systems.
You end up living in your head, disconnected from your body, feelings and intuition.
Working at this level means looking at your mental patterns.
Where are you looping? What beliefs are shaping your decisions?
Can you challenge your assumptions without losing your grounding?
This is where you start to rewire not just your thoughts but your inner narrative.
Intuitive Intelligence often gets ignored in professional spaces because it’s harder to measure or explain.
But it’s always there.
That sense you get before the logic arrives.
The gut feeling, the quiet knowing, the sense that something’s off or something’s calling.
To access it, you have to slow down.
You have to create room for it to emerge.
This kind of intelligence doesn’t shout, it waits for you to listen.
And often, it tells you what’s true before your mind can catch up.
Spiritual Intelligence is not limited to belief systems or philosophies.
At a fundamental level about meaning.
It’s the part of you that asks deeper questions.
Why am I doing this?
What am I really here for?
What do I want to leave behind?
When this intelligence is active, you stop chasing approval, status and external validation.
You start aligning with your values and leading from a deeper place.
This intelligence can feel like it holds everything else together.
Without it, the other forms of growth can feel fragmented or hollow.
When all five intelligences are in relationship, something changes.
You stop forcing growth and start experiencing it as a natural expression of who you’re becoming.
That’s what R-evolution really is.
Not a fixed goal, not a moment of reinvention.
But a way of living that supports continuous, conscious, embodied change from your essential Self.
If you’re reading this and feeling like the life you’re living doesn’t quite fit anymore, that’s not failure.
It’s a sign you’re ready to evolve.
And if you’re already going to become someone new every seven years,
you might as well choose who that someone is. So ask yourself… what’s ready to be recoded in you now?
